Petrol To Launch MVNO, Petrol Mobile

Bulgaria's largest fuel retailer Petrol has announced that it will launch a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) under the name Petrol Mobile. Petrol will purchase the network capacity from market-leading mobile operator Mobiltel, a subsidiary of Telekom Austria.
