Banks Compete To Advise On Telekom Srbija IPO

News: Serbia's privatisation authority has stated that Morgan Stanley and a consortium led by JP Morgan, will compete to advise on the initial public offering (IPO) of fixed-line telecoms monopoly Telekom Srbija. Morgan Stanley has demanded a 1.19% fee in addition a EUR0.25mn fee; however, JP Morgan has requested a 1.35% fee.
