MobiFone To Raise 30% Through IPO And A Partner
August 2008 | Company Finance AlertNews: The Vietnamese state-owned mobile operator MobiFone has signed up with Credit Suisse Group as its financial advisor to sell 10-15% of its equity in its initial public offering (IPO) and another 10-15% to a strategic partner through an IPO early next year. Many leading telecoms operators such as France Telecom, Vodafone Group, Singapore Telecommunications and ST Telemedia have approached MobiFone to become its strategic partner.
