Qualcomm Wins 40MHz Of L-Band Spectrum In UK
May 2008 | Company News AlertWireless technology developer Qualcomm has acquired 40MHz (1452-1492MHz) of L-Band radio spectrum recently auctioned by the UK communications regulator, Ofcom, at a cost of UK£8.334mn. According to Qualcomm, the acquisition will enable it and its partners to bring a variety of innovative wireless technologies to the UK market.
