Deutsche Telekom European Mobile Drives Growth

Deutsche Telekom has posted its financial results for the first quarter of 2008. These results show that revenues from the provision of mobile communications services accounted for the sole positive improvement for the company year-on-year (y-o-y), with European mobile operations accounting for most of this positive growth. Revenues from European mobile services grew by 1% y-o-y to EUR4.992bn, while EBITDA associated with these operations grew by 5.9% y-o-y, to EUR1.698bn.
