StarHub Enters MoU With M1 and City Telecom

Singaporean telecoms operator StarHub has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hong Kong's City Telecom and rival local mobile operator M1 to jointly bid for the country's next generation broadband project. All three operators will submit a single bid for the right to build the country's next generation network project, meeting criteria as laid out by regulatory body Infocomm Development Authority (IDA).
