Etisalat Selects Huawei For FTTH Network In UAE
April 2008 | Contract NewsHuawei Technologies of China has been selected by Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) to build a large-scale commercial Fibre To The Home (FTTH) network in the United Arab Emirates. The value of the contract was not disclosed, but was announced as part of a broader strategic agreement between the two companies, aimed at developing public communications networks and services in the Middle East.
