Personal Expands WiMAX In Paraguay

Personal, Telecom Argentina's mobile operator in Argentina and Paraguay, has announced a contract with Redline, the Canadian wireless equipment company to expand Personal's WiMAX service, Hipuu!, across the capital. The second phase of deployment, first announced in May will also use the services of Cisco, Brightstar and Softnet Logicalls. The company's goal is to reach 10,000 subscribers by YE07.
