Saudi Arabia To Welcome Third Operator In H108

Zain, the winner of Saudi Arabia's third mobile operating licence in June 2007 plans to launch services in H108. The Kuwait-based operator, with network coverage in some 22 countries will compete with established mobile operators' Saudi Telecom (STC) and Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) in the Kingdom.
