Alcatel-Lucent To Expand SMARTS' GSM Network
February 2008 | Contract NewsAlcatel-Lucent has been contracted to supply its latest generation of GSM/GPRS/EDGE radio equipment to Russian regional cellular operator SMARTS. The equipment will be used to upgrade and expand SMARTS' existing wireless infrastructure in several regions of Russia.
