Postpaid Plan Revisions For Colombia's Movistar

Movistar, the Colombian unit of Telefónica is revising its pricing structure with the aim of encouraging its prepaid subscribers to migrate to postpaid services. Under new tariff plans, customers will be charged the same rate while calling mobile-to-fixed as well as between Movistar subscribers, while those calling other networks will have their tariffs reduced by 24% compared to the market average.
