February 2007 | Company Finance AlertStronger competition in the Turkish mobile market has seen market leader Turkcell report weak revenues for the last quarter of 2006, which stood at US$1.20bn, a 0.3% rise over the quarter, surprising, given that Q4 is traditionally viewed as a seasonally strong period. The limited growth in revenues was attributed to the 3% growth in its subscriber base, which stood at 31.8mn users.
