Estonian 3G Licensee Fails To Live Up To Expectations

Estonia's fourth 3G licensee has had its licence revoked for failure to pay the government in time. The Estonian National Communications Board said that it has reversed its decision to grant a 3G licence to Grosson Capital, and will instead hand the licence to the next highest bidder, Renberg
