Magyar Telekom Acquires IT Services Company

Hungary's leading telecoms operator, Magyar Telekom, has acquired KFKI Group, one of Hungary's largest IT service providers, in a deal worth HUF8.17bn. The purchase is part of Magyar Telekom's Value Creation Programme, unveiled in August 2004, which aims to increase its competencies in IT, networks and system integration.
