Tele2 Tries To Catch Up With HSDPA Rivals

Tele2 has launched tests of its HSDPA service in Estonia's capital Tallinn. The operator said that it expects to have commercial services up and running in the capital by the end of the year, and will then turn its attentions to expanding its coverage to other parts of the country.
