Operators Upset Over VoIP Policy
September 2006 | Market Trend AnalysisRegulatory body, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has confirmed its earlier decision made in May 2005, under a regulatory framework to regulate VoIP services under the same rules applicable to local fixed-line calls.
