Hungarian Broadband Operators See Prices Capped

Hungary's largest broadband operators have seen their prices capped, as the national telecoms regulator, the NHH, seeks to reduce wholesale prices and boost competition in the ADSL market. The regulator has introduced a new pricing system, which requires operators to base their wholesale prices on average retail prices.
