Estonia Joins HSDPA Club
April 2006 | Product LaunchEstonia has become the latest country to benefit from mobile broadband services, following the launch of HSDPA by mobile market leader EMT. The operator, which controls around 47% of the wireless market, hopes that an early launch of HSDPA will give it an advantage over competitors Tele2 and Elisa. All three operators received 3G licences in 2003, but to date only EMT has launched the service commercially.
