Batelco's Broadband Bears Brunt

Batelco's broadband unit could suffer if the operator does not clear up problems surrounding its pricing strategy, ultimately negatively affecting Bahrain's overall level of broadband take-up given that the operator is the Kingdom's dominant internet service provider (ISP). Batelco customers have become increasingly upset and disillusioned over its broadband tariffs, with a website named 'Boycott Batelco' being set up.
