Telkom Rings Up Offer For Business Connexion

The country's incumbent operator Telkom, which is due to be joined by a second national operator (SNO) in H1 2006, announced that for the first nine months of 2005 it had recorded 4.729mn users, against an annual user base of 4.821mn for 2004, illustrating severely restricted growth.
