MTC-Vodafone Eager To Jump Ahead With HSDPA Launch

Bahrain's second-ranked mobile operator MTC-Vodafone is planning to introduce HSDPA technology over its network in 2006, in a bid to increase its mobile data speeds. The operator is eager to attain a greater standing in the mobile market, which is dominated by Batelco, with an estimated 77% of the market.
