Telecom Italia Joins Mobile TV Race

Telecom Italia has laid down the gauntlet to other mobile operators hoping to be the first to launch mobile TV in Italy. The operator announced on April 27 that it will begin selling mobile broadcast services in June of this year, using a handset supplied by Samsung Electronics of South Korea.
