STC Group To Benefit From Global Procurement

Saudi Arabia's incumbent Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC), along with Oger Telecom and Malaysia-based Maxis Group, has selected Swedish equipment vendor Ericsson as one of the preferred global vendors for network infrastructure. The three operators plan to create synergies and take advantage of group's scale to reduce network development and maintenance costs.
