EC Asks 3 To Provide MVNO Access

Local press reports state that Hutchison 3 Austria has been informed of the conditions attached to its potential takeover of rival Orange Austria. European competition regulators have asked 3 to open its network to other operators to allow them to operate as MVNOs. BMI does not expect the acquisition to be derailed by the terms the European authorities are requesting.
