2011 Data Highlight Skewed Landscape

Vietnam's Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) has finally published end-2011 telecoms data, which allows us to revise some of our estimates, thereby providing a better insight into the market's growth potential. While we have not made any changes to our forecasts, we highlight that the dominance of state entities bodes poorly for the industry's business environment.
