Indonesian Operators Focus On Mobile Money

As Indonesia's 275.1mn mobile phone subscribers significantly outnumber the 60mn formal bank account holders, BMI sees considerable opportunities for mobile payment, mobile wallet and related services in 2012 and beyond. The market will be led by incumbent Telkomsel, which has outlined its 2012 mobile money expansion plans.
