NBTC Driving Much-Need Changes

Thailand's National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) is currently in the midst of drafting new regulations that should, in theory, improve the convoluted business environment and spur much-needed positive growth. While the new regulator seemingly has the power to implement changes, unlike its predecessor, the National Telecommunications Commission, we adopt a cautious view as years of complicated developments will not be easily undone.
