Telenor Looking For New Partner In IndiaFebruary 2012 | Company News Alert
Norwegian operator Telenor has decided to split from its partner in Indian operator Uninor, Unitech, and is seeking indemnity and compensation. The licences were acquired before Telenor's investment in Uninor. BMI welcomes the move by Telenor to draw a line under the issues and its commitment to target the market with a new partner, although we expect it to face major challenges along the way.
