Twitter-Yandex Deal Is Mutually Beneficial

Russian internet search engine Yandex and global microblogging service Twitter have agreed a partnership that will allow Yandex to show new tweets in its search results in real-time, according to a statement by Yandex on February 21 2012. BMI believes this deal will bring significant benefits to both companies as they seek to take advantage of growth opportunities in Russia's increasingly competitive internet market.
