Ericsson Inaugurates GNOC In Mexico

Ericsson has chosen Mexico City as the location for its latest Global Network Operations Centre (GNOC). The company currently has a Global Service Centre (GSC) in the country and the GNOC will boost the company's ICT capacity. Ericsson is following other network equipment providers in choosing Mexico as a Latin American regional hub. BMI believes the country is a logical choice, despite concerns over the competitive environment and security issues. Mexico seems to emerging as a regional leader in the wider IT market.
