New Operator Raises Questions

Competition in Iran's mobile market has heated up following the launch of the third mobile operator Ritel. The operator will compete with Mobile Communication Company of Iran (MCI) and MTN Irancell. While competition between these two operators has successfully driven up mobile penetration, BMI believes the entrance of a new operator is a positive development for subscribers.
