KPN Price Rises As Net Neutrality Law Passed

After instigating price rises for its services, Royal KPN consumer director Marco Visser has justified the decision on the basis it requires additional income to cover investments made in its network. The operator previously argued that its financial performance faced imminent threats from voice and SMS over IP services. Although there is a threat that operators will experience reduced financial performance in response to changing consumer behaviour, BMI believes rash actions by operators threaten their brands reputations.
